3. Circle Theorems

Know all the following circle theorems:
1. The angle at the centre is twice the angle at the circumference. (Arrow Head Theorem)
2. The angle from a diameter is 90 degrees. (Triangles in semi-circle are right-angles)
3. Angles in the same segment are equal.
4. The angle between a tangent and a radius is 90 degrees.
5. Opposite angles in a cyclic quadrilateral sum to 180 degrees.
6. The angle between a tangent and a chord is equal to the angle in the alternate segment. (Alternate Segment theorem)
